Hi,
My cartridge from Instant Ink is a 302 Tricolour for HP ENVY 4520. However, everytime I try to print out pages, it comes up with an error message saying how the cartridge isn't suitable for the printer.When I take out the instant ink cartridge and slot it back in firmly it still says the same message meaning I am unable to print. I've factory reset my printer many times but it does not still solve the trick.

If you've already gone through the troubleshooting steps to resolve cartridge error: Click here to verify,
And yet the issue persists, please wait for 1 - 2 days business days to obtain the new cartridges for both CMY (Color) & K (black),
The tracking should be available within the next 24hrs.
Note: Ensure your printer is always connected to the network for continued support from the Instant Ink program.
