I am unable to print from my HP DeskJet 3755. When I send a document, a get a message that it in an error state. Well, that is obvious because it doesn't produce the printed page. I hear the ink cartridges start to move into place, the paper seems to move and then it stops. I have done several fixes and resets and it keeps happening. I have aligned the heads, unplugged it for over a minute, and other little things the Print Doctor has suggested or done while I sit here and hope it starts working. But that all have the same end result. I think it is going to work, and then the error message appears. Help! Someone, please help me!

@Nonni23, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. To assist you better, which device/app are you using to print?

How is the printer connected?

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Print a Printer Status Report

  1. Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds.
  2. A Printer Status Report prints.
  3. Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
