Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I cannot print without it jamming.  Each time I have to open the front and the paper is crumpled up.  It starts to print on the right side only.  I've cleared it a bunch of times.  Please help! Thanks!

Thank you for your response.  I ended up following the instructions to reset the printer.  This worked.
