Product: Officejet Pro 8020

I have tried to download the manual for my printer and get the following error message. Is anyone else getting this and if not how did you fix?

 

This site can’t be reached

h10032.austin.hp.com’s server IP address could not be found.

 

  • Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
