Officejet 3830 printer on Windows 10 pro on one pc prints correctly in color while on another PC Notebook HP ENVY - 15-k111nl with the same configurations does not print in color. This last PC I have formatted and installed all the printer drivers again but does not recognize the color.

Welcome to HP support community.
Follow these steps on the computer which is not printing on color.
Perform root level uninstalltion to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver
Click here to download the driver.
Once you install the printer, change the bellow settings to print in color.
- Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the printer that you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
- Make your choices, and then click OK.
- Under option Print color select color, then the OK button.

Unfortunately, for no reason the printer no longer prints in color. I did all the procession again you told me, but no longer recognizes the color. I tried again to format the PC and install the printer drivers but nothing, I tried the procedure again

In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device."

Click here to download the driver.
Once you install the printer, change the color settings to print in color.
Clicking the Start button, and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
Right-click the printer you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
Make your choices, and then click OK.
Under option Print color select color, then the OK button.
But nothing does not recognize colors

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic page

Load plain paper into the input tray.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.
-
Touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.

This might require remote access of your computer to fix this issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
