My printer has been working absolutely fine for 5 months, but all of a sudden it is not feeding in the paper straight - the left hand side is feeding in faster than the right hand side, which is then causing a paper jam.
I have followed all of the steps given in the diagnostic help, but nothing has made any difference. I'm finding it impossible to be able to get in touch with anyone to actually find out what I can do!!

You are having a foreign object blocking paper path. If the left side of paper goes first and right is stuck the there is something inside the printer on the right side causing a jam. Remove a paper use flashlight to light inside printer and check. There is also a jam access door on the bottom side of the printer open them and check for something foreign.
