When I try to print I get a "User Intervention Error" on my computer. There is no error message on the printer itself. I ran diagnostics. I got "Printer Queue Not Fixed". How do I address this?

Assuming other checks are completed / passed.

For example,

  • Windows Updates are current and not waiting to Restart the computer (after installing a recent update)
  • "Everything" has been Restarted, including the router that controls your network
  • The full driver printer software is installed and functional

Not sure.

Seems like Settings > Category System > Troubleshooting > Other Troubleshooters > Printer would know to "fix" the print spooler in Services.

??

If you have not done so, you could try a manual reset.
