Hi, I have the HP Laserjet 1536dnf MFP . Now , when I try to power on the printer, it gets stuck to where it shows 5 arrows with Hewlett-Packard written above on the screen. It wont get past this stage and the keys wont work either.
I have tried switching off/ on many times with no luck
Even tried troubleshooting where I take the power cord off without switching it off and then plugging in and the other end is conenected to a wall outlet.
I read on the forums to do NVRAM reset helps , however if some one can guide , as I am not able to do it.
Any help from the community would be great.
