Printer was working fine. Stopped printing. It sounds and acts like it printing but page comes out blank. Test print looks fine. All new ink has been installed. Print head contacts have been cleaned.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Let's try printing the print quality report from the printer itself and check:

To print a print quality report  

1. Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.

2. Press Setup.

3. Press the down arrow button to highlight Tools, and then press OK.

4. Press the down arrow button to highlight Print Quality Report, and then press OK. The product prints a print quality report that you can use to diagnose print quality issues.

Printed "printer quality" report.Vertical color lines printed fine. Horizontal color bars printed fine . Color bars in brackets printed fine. No word were printed on page.

 

I also ran printer status report. Color bars in brackets printed fin in middle of page. No words or anything else printed on page.

 

I tried to print a payment receipt from on line payment portal. At the bottom of the page, a company disclaimer printed in grey scale. Nothing else on the receipt printed. The printer sounded like it was printing, the paper indexed like it was printing yet page didi not print, except for the disclaimer at the bottom.

  • Have you tried printing receipt from a different web browser?
  • Have you tried downloading the receipt to the computer? 

Please try copying a document and check, 
Follow these steps to check the print settings to make sure that they are appropriate for your print job.

  1. In the software program from which you are trying to print, click File, and then click Print. The Print dialog box opens.

  2. Select your printer, and then click Properties. The printer Properties dialog box opens.

  3. Click the Printing Shortcuts tab.

  4. Under Printing Shortcuts, click the type of job you are trying to print.

  5. Review the following options, and then make any necessary changes.

    • Paper sizes: Make sure that the selected option matches your paper size.

    • Paper type: If one of the options matches your paper type exactly, select that option.

    • Print quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality.

  6. Click the Features tab.

  7. Under Color Options, make sure that Print in grayscale is not selected.

  8. Click OK, and then click OK again to start the print job.
