My printer prints an alignment page after every page is printed. I also get an alignment error when I try to align. Just put new HP print heads and cartridges in. What do I do now?
@Matt825, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Reset the printer
Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Clean the printheads
On the control panel, touch the Right Arrow () to display the second navigation screen.
Touch Setup (), and then touch Tools.
Touch Clean Printheads. The printer cleans the printheads.
Align the printer
Touch Align Printer, and then touch OK. The alignment process begins.
