HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

I have no issues with my printing to my printer with my Windows 10 computer, Android, or iOS devices.  However, my Windows 11 computer always shows the printer as offline.  I have tried reinstalling the driver and several other things but have not solved the problem.

I have discovered two different ways to get the printer to print, but both are temporary.  Temporary fix number one is to just reboot the computer.  Anything in the print queue will print when the computer reboots.  Temporary fix number to is to open HP Smart and run the "Diagnose & Fix" tool (wrench in lower left corner).  The tool will complete (stating that it fixed offline printer problem) and anything in the queue will print.  However, both solutions are temporary as the printer goes back to indicating that it is offline.

This only impacts the printer.  I am able to access the scanner and scan directly to the computer from the printer with no problem.

My printer is set up on a wired network (not USB or WiFi).

I figured it out.  Under Printer Properties > Port Settings, there is an option for SNMP Status.  Once I updated to the proper community name, it started working.
