Hello!
When I configured my printer everything went smooth until I got to setting up an admin password to prevent other users on the network from changing settings on the printer.
I use a password manager, so I generated a password with my password manager and then copied it into the admin password field. When I saved my settings the web page refreshed and asked for my password to manage the printer, just as expected, however, when I once again pasted the password that was previously generated the printer just tells me that I have entered the wrong password.
How can I completely reset the printer so that the password also gets removed? I have tried the button combination where I hold down the “wireless” button and the “cancel” button at the same time and that combination only resets the printer but leaves the admin password in place.
Thanks for your help!

I understand that you are unable to reset the admin password.
In that case, I would suggest you Reset the wifi.

Thank you for your reply. I have already restored WiFi settings, but that does not change the fact that I cannot configure any other settings on the printer since it is admin locked (and not accepting the password that actually is correct). This did sadly not help me with removing the administrator password on the printer.
