It's showing this error what is the problem and what should be the solution? Also the ink has leaked from the printer.

From the image, your HP DeskJet GT 5820 printer's control panel shows an error with multiple indicator lights illuminated. Based on the display and symptoms, here's what could be wrong:

Possible Issues:

Ink System Failure or Ink Leakage:

You mentioned that ink has leaked. This might have caused an ink system error, which can lead to printing failures or damage to internal components.

Paper Jam or Incorrect Paper Load:

The paper icon with a blinking light suggests a potential paper jam or an issue with the paper tray.

Wi-Fi or Network Issues:

The blinking wireless (Wi-Fi) icon may indicate a network disconnection or setup issue.

Ink Tank or Printhead Issues:

If the ink level is critically low or the printheads are clogged, it could cause print failure.

Ink leakage might have affected the sensors, leading to improper ink detection.

 

Recommended Solutions:

1. Clean the Ink Spillage:

>Turn off the printer and unplug it.

>Carefully clean any visible ink spills using a lint-free cloth.

>Avoid using wet or alcohol-based cleaning agents directly on the printer.


2. Check for Paper Jams:

>Open the access doors and remove any stuck paper.

>Ensure the paper is loaded correctly and is not crumpled.


3. Reseat the Ink Tanks and Printheads:

>Open the ink tank system and check for leaks or air bubbles.

>If ink has leaked inside, clean the surrounding area.

>Ensure printheads are properly seated.


 4. Reset the Printer:

>Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for 2-3 minutes.

>Plug it back in and restart.


5. Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

If the Wi-Fi light is blinking, try reconnecting your printer to the network using the HP Smart App.


6. Perform a Hard Reset (if necessary):

>Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel (X) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.

>Release them and check if the error clears.
