HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my HP Officejet 8610 Pro.
I have always used original cartridges, but the last change generated a "printer problem or ink system"; Thinking it was a problem of the cartridge I bought another one and the identical problem presented myself, even then changing the others.
So I manually cleaned the print heads and once reinstalled, the error became "one or more cartridges are damaged" and they were cartridges that I had removed and then put back, but in practice never used, even if the system saw them as if had been used.
So I made a partial reset, from the display menu, but now I can't even move the cartridge cart, because I can't go on with the installation of the printer, since the error message is always present on the display "One or more cartridges are damaged" and even opening the door nothing moves. What can I do?

Hi, in the meantime thanks for your availability.

Unfortunately I have not yet managed to solve the problem, because the defective cartridge error immediately comes out, which does not make me proceed with the installation of the printer: I see for a moment that a "continues" button comes out for regular date and time , but is immediately overwritten by the cartridge error. Even opening the panel, being the printer "not configured" nothing moves, so I can't even remove the cartridges so as not to detect that error. And so I find myself not knowing how to do it. I tried the reset by detaching the current as indicated, but the situation remains the same.
