Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
A brand new ENVY 6220 printer was delivered today. It won't print even a test page because of an "Ink Cartridge Carriage Stalled" error message. I investigated and found the right pair of paper rollers are very loose, with a piece of broken plastic on top of them. They were stopping the carriage from passing by. They aren't meant to be this loose are they?
Bought through Argos in UK who currently aren't accepting returns of faulty goods. So how do I arrange a replacement from HP direct please? I tried the HP support WhatsApp no. but didn't get a response.
