Hi @Theerazor,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer is displaying a blinking warning sign and won't print, but it successfully prints a manual test page, the issue is likely related to communication between the printer and your computer or network. Here are steps to troubleshoot the problem:
1. Check for Error Messages:
- Look at the printer's display or HP Smart app for any error messages that can provide more detail about the issue (e.g., paper jams, low toner, or connection problems).
2. Check Network Connection:
- If you’re using WiFi, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network. Reconnect the printer to WiFi if needed:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer to initiate connection.
- Use the HP Smart app to reconnect to your WiFi.
3. Restart Printer and Devices:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 60 seconds. Then, turn it back on.
- Restart your computer and the router as well to ensure all devices are communicating properly.
4. Clear Print Queue:
- Go to your computer's Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners) settings.
- Select your printer and open the print queue.
- Cancel any stuck print jobs, then try printing again.
5. Update Printer Firmware and Drivers: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Open the HP Smart app and check for any firmware updates for your printer.
- Ensure that the latest drivers are installed on your computer. You can download the latest drivers from the HP support website.
6. Reinstall Printer:
- Uninstall the printer from your computer via Devices and Printers or Printers & Scanners.
- Reinstall the printer using the HP Smart app or the official HP drivers.
7. Check Toner and Paper:
- Ensure that the toner cartridge is properly installed and has enough toner.
- Confirm that the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and there are no jams.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Gaya, the problem is coming from my subscription, my ink is blocked from HP. Because my bank changed my debit card. Your system tried to take money for subscription plan that i have but the card is not active anymore.. I tried several times to change it with my new one Mastercard, but your system cannot change it.. The problem is that i don't have option to remove the card. I use HP+. Please speak with your team and add option that allow client to remove old card and add new ones. Thanks!
