Printer says “printer cannot print”.

Hello
May I ask what model of printer you have?
How are printers and computers connected?
Can the printer be ready upon startup?
If it's an all-in-one machine, is the copying function working properly?
Please specify the issues you encountered so I can assist you in troubleshooting. Thank you.

I have worked out that it is because I cancelled my subscription and so I cannot use the remaining toner, despite it being full - absolutely pathetic, money-grabbing tactic from HP. I cannot believe that this is even a thing! I have no option to re-enroll either and continue using this toner. I needed to print urgently and now it seems my only option is to just throw this useless printer in the bin and by a Brother machine for future use instead, since there is no way I am buying HP's toner at full price after this user experience.

Hello
From what I understand, canceling the subscription means the HP Instant Ink terms no longer apply, which is normal.
We hope you can fully understand the HP Instant Ink service, so that you can enjoy a better printing experience through HP Instant Ink in the future.
Thank you.
