Hi @JennaCanada

Welcome to the HP Support Community. HP PSC 950 printer uses HP 15 black and HP 78 color ink cartridges. You may check the printer specifications here.

To find/buy ink cartridges for HP printers, you may visit HP Store

Note: Due to the age of this printer, the ink cartridges mayor may not be available.

I also have the  HP Psc 950 and I have to face the same issue and I tried to solve this from the help of the internet but it didn't solve. I gave up on the online stuff help so now I choose the offline way so does anyone have any idea how to fix printer offline windows 10 and I can resolve my issue,.I tried but it didn't work so I have taken this step.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Are you trying to connect the printer to your Win 10 PC?

The drivers for this model printer is not available on the HP Support site for a Win 10 PC. Kindly connect the USB cable between the devices and install the printer using windows built-in driver.

Refer to this document to know how.
