HP Photosmart 7520

I have a HP photosmart 7520 printer. I changed the cartridges and now it says it is missing a cartridge. The only empty space is the space with a bowtie thing at the top. Anyone know what is supposed to be in it and where I can buy it? Thank you.

@SageWinter, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The missing ink cartridge is the Photo black ink cartridge. This printer uses 5 ink cartridges among which 2 are black. One is the regular black ink cartridge with a pentagon icon on it and the other one is the photo black ink cartridge with a bowtie icon.

You will have to insert all the 5 ink cartridges in the printer to be able to print.

You may buy it from HP Store online or from a local store.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
