What type of documents do you usually print?

Printing in the 'Best quality' will consume more ink and printing photos too.

 

You may contact HP Support for further assistance regarding the issue with the ink level.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

@JAI71, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If the Ink level in the printer is low/empty, refill the ink tanks to resume printing.

Hi Sir, the printer as well as the cartridge is  new and it has been just 10 days after buying and the ink tank is full but I am facing printing issue. During printing the paper get stucked and automatic get cancelled and shows offline in my laptop. And when I used HP print and scan doctor,it evaluate as" cartridge has depleted ink level.". please help to fix the issue.
