Hello!
First timer here. I'm having trouble changing the order of pages for my printer print jobs. I print multply forms daily, and I go to preferances, change the option to back to front, my printer keeps printing first page to last page. Appreciate any help or suggestions you may have.

Awesome! Thank you for the advice/solutions. 1 secnario did not work for me, I was able to get to the Documents options, but the layout options did not have a page order tab. Going on to check print dialog.
Thanks again,
Bill

@IronEddy (Dracula 93?) 😉
Here are the steps recommended to print in reverse order from your printer:
- Click the Advanced tab in Printing Preferences.
- Expand the Document Options entry.
- Expand the Layout Options entry.
- In the Page Order: drop-down menu, select Back to Front.
- Click OK.
If you can’t find a reverse print order toggle in the printer’s Preferences or in the application’s Print dialog, simply enter your desired page range in reverse order in the Print dialog’s Page Range. For example, if you’re printing pages 1 to 8 of a document, enter “8-1” as below, then click Print:
If the issue still persists try uninstalling the printer software from the root level and install the full feature printer software and check if it helps.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
Link to update the full feature printer software.
P.S: Welcome to HP Forums! 😉
