Needing help. Printer is only printing either a very choppy page or prints completely blank. Tried replacing the cartridge with a brand new HP support cartridge and it did not fix the problem. I also have tried the printer settings: clean printhead, clean ink smear and align printer. The align printer however will not work as when I try to scan the page it creates out it doesn't have anything on it. I am not getting any error messages. I have also tried manually cleaning the cartridge header as well. This printer also has connection issues where it will not connect to our internet at all. But even the test page attached is the most I can get it to print using the print status report.
Help please, I need my printer back for my graduate work asap.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
