HP Office Jet Pro 6960 error message: 

paper jam, cleared it. needed to shut down... won't stop shutting down... had to unplug then happening again.

printer now just 3 years old and last one broke at 3 years. Recurring problem at 3 years. Sad when cannot talk to someone.
