@Print2cam, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your printer is connected, but nothing prints, even when running a test print and the cartridges appear to be fine. Let's walk through some steps to get your printer working again.
Check Printer Status
- Ensure the printer is powered on and not showing any error lights or messages.
- If it's connected via Wi-Fi, confirm it's on the same network as your computer.
Set the Printer as Default
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
- Right-click your printer and select "Set as default printer"
Clear Print Queue
- In the same Devices and Printers window, right-click your printer > See what's printing
- Cancel all documents
- Restart your computer and printer
Check Ink or Toner Levels
Even if cartridges appear okay, low ink or toner can prevent printing.
- Use the printer’s control panel or HP Smart app to check levels.
- Replace any low or empty cartridges.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Visit HP Software and Driver Downloads
- Enter your printer model and download the latest drivers for your OS.
- Uninstall the current printer software before reinstalling.
Try a Test Print from Printer Panel
- Use the printer’s built-in menu to print a self-test page or printer status report.
- If this doesn’t print, the issue may be hardware-related.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
