Welcome to HP Support Community. 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I see that you are getting an error message that the printer cover is open when printing from a mobile phone.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
