Hi! I have a issue with the printer is not working, I have reset the printer multiple times, followed the procedure to connect it to the network. Right after the setup is done I was able to print, but a few hours later printer is not available on the network anymore. I have changed power settings of the printer to be always powered. I followed the procedure 4 times.
Can you help me to fix this issue in 2024 or should I return the printer?
I am aware that printer has USB cable, but then it looses the purpose of wireless connection at all and then I would ask if you can refund extra money that I have spent on the wifi feature.
Thanks 🙂

it may be an issue of compatibility with your wireless gear. If you have a newer, 5Ghz or better router, then you should try to restrict the printer to connect only to the 2.4Ghz channel. There are two ways to do this.
1- If your router supports this feature you can enter the MAC (hardware network address) of the printer into a list of devices and restrict it to only connecting via 2.4Ghz.
2- If you printer does not support the feature discussed in step 1, then you need to configure the 2.4Ghz channel of your router with a distinct SSID and only allow the printer to connect to that channel.
