HP Officejet 2620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

An error code "OXB039E94C" is popping up on the display screen. I have tried restarting the printer, unplugging it, I can't seem to get a phone number to talk to someone from HP.

@tayle09, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

Check for any jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely.

Refer to the steps from this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Photosmart C7200 All-in-One Printer Series and 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

For more info on resolving 0x errors, refer to -  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
