Hello, since yesterday after a scan job, the display of my hp printer, HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One printer, stays on day and night??? Normally after use of my printer, the display shuts off after 5 minutes or so.
Does anyone knows what I can do to solve this problem?? Is it possible to do a hard reset?? Or does someone has other solutions, please??

Try these steps -
Step 1 Printer Reset -
1) Take out the cartridges.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Step 2 Firmware Update -
Refer to this document for steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Step 3 Factory Reset -
1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Tools.
