Hi @Harish96,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn on the printer.

Check for Paper Jams: Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer.

Update Printer Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date by visiting HP's support website.

Reinstall Printer Driver: Uninstall the current printer driver on your computer and reinstall the latest version from HP's official site.

Network Connection: Ensure the printer is properly connected to your network if you are using it wirelessly.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍
