Hi,
that is expected, the copier cannot copy a full page.
On printers with a touch screen, you should resize the copy to full page (91%), however, resize is not available for your printer which does not have a menu.
Scan a Full Page to your computer as a PDF, then use Adobe Reader to resize the print to Fit to Printable Area.
