I recently got a new laptop, and installed my printer on it.  I cannot get the option to print in color.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers not once but twice today, and still there is no option to print in color.  When I print test pages, I do get color, so it's not the printer ink.  But if I want to print something with color, it comes out black and white.  I somehow got to advanced document settings, and it showed color on one description.  But when I clicked on "color" then it got a red circle with a slash in it.  Here is a photo of that page.  I would appreciate any help I can get.  I feel as if I have done everything suggested to others with this problem when I have uninstalled the printer, but nothing seems to be working.

I won't be able to get to this until this afternoon, but will let you know if it works or not.  Hope it does!

That did not help.  I have a few other things to try, but if you have some other suggestions I would appreciate them.
