I have a Microsoft Word Doc that I have used for years to print an Estimate form for my small business, est 2008. In the header, I have an image of my logo. Since getting the new printer earlier this summer, it doesn't print correctly any more -- note that I have not changed or edited this file in any way. The doc looks exactly the same onscreen, and the print view looks exactly the same onscreen; however, in the printed version, it blows up the image. (It only shows the portion of the image that would be in the same amount of space as the adjusted image.) In the invoice I created, I use a half sheet, and the problem is identical, save for the fact that it is duplicated on each half of the sheet. Nothing is pushed out of the way, it is not altering the rest of the doc in any way. Only the logo is affected. Please help me figure this out, so that I may print these docs for my business!

Hi @aeleiram,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing issues with printing from your HP ENVY 7645 e-All-in-One Printer wherein the logo of the image on the file is not as seen in the word file.
This issue could occur if the drivers are not installed properly or the firmware is not updated.
Let's go through a few steps to uninstall and reinstall the drivers:
Step 1: Uninstall the Drivers:
Please follow the steps provided to uninstall the printer software in the link: Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows)
Also, please follow the steps provided below to completely remove the printer software from printer properties.
Steps to remove printer driver files from Print Server Properties:
1. Open the Print Server Properties dialog window by doing any one of the following:
(a). Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, type in 'printui /s /t2' (without the quotes), and then press Enter or click OK.
(b) From the Start menu or the Start screen and open Devices and Printers. Select any printer and then click "Print server properties" at the top of the window. Click on the Drivers tab.
2. Select the printer driver you wish to uninstall.
3. Click the Remove button.
4. Select "Remove driver and driver package" and click OK.
Step 2: Download and install the Drivers from the link: Full Feature Software and Drivers
Step 3: Update the Firmware from the link: Firmware Update
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.
