My Printer no longer prints (from either copy mode, computer, or a self-test page).  It goes through the motions and thinks it has printed, but the page comes out blank.  The scanner works fine.  It started by printing faded black ink, so I assumed the ink was low, and replaced the black ink cartridge.  After changing the cartridge, the printer produced a few more increasingly faded ink pages until no more ink came out.  The color cartridges do not print either.  I’ve only had the printer 9 months, and it gets minimal to moderate use.  Please help troubleshoot!

As a suggestion use the printer at least once a week.
