Since some time my printer won’t print anymore. I installed driver, HP Smart, HP Easy Start, nothing would help. I even can’t print a PDF by HP Smart. The diagnosis tool of HP Smart says:
Die Diagnose ist abgeschlossen und es wurden keine Probleme gefunden.

(Diagnosis is complete, no problems found.)

Please help!

Best regards,
Anna

Hello Jabzi,

thanks for your reply.

Yes, printing the Configuration Report works. That’s something I tried first.

I tried now turning off my iMac and then turning it on again. It seems that printing is working again although it is slower than before. But for the moment it’s ok to me.

Best regards,
Anna

Hello,

Did you recently replace any toner cartridges ? However try the below steps and let me know if it does print a "Configuration Page".

Load a paper into the printer.

From the Home screen on the printer control panel, swipe until the Setup menu displays. Touch the Setup icon to open the menu.
b. Open the Reports menu.
c. Select Configuration Report.
