I have a problem with my printer after reformatting my PC.
Product Name: HP Deskjet F2410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Drivers and softwares are already installed.
I have new black and color ink cartridges
When I send order my printer doesn’t print, but in Control Panel, Devices and Printers, in “See what’s printing’, everything is written correct: Document Name, Status, Pages, Submitted, Port.
Is it possible that my printer stopped to work properly because I changed operating system from 32 to 64 bit?
Thanks in advance for all answers
Elena
