I had bought printer about one year ago. I confirmed tariff with inks. I had been using several months,  then I moved and practically didn't use the printer, because I don't have a permanent Internet connection with WiFi in my new house yet. The other day I connected to the printer from my phone and printed out several pages. The next day, I connected the printer to a Wi-Fi hotspot from my phone. Now it is written in the hp smart system that the printer cannot print and asks you to log in to your account. I logged into my account, but nothing has changed. All this time, the amount is constantly being debited from my card for using the cartridge, which I actually do not use. The last debits were 2 days ago. Reinstalling the printer and restarting the app on the phone did not help. I use a printer in Italy. When switching to the service site, everything is written to me in Italian, but I understand Italian very poorly, when switching to English, everything is loaded in Italian. The service chat is limited, only during business hours. The AI answers, gives solutions for the computer in Italian, does not translate the dispatcher to a human. What a problem with the service. Help me solve the problem.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer that is connected to the mobile hotspot.

Please follow the steps below to connect your printer again to the mobile hotspot and also make sure the device from which you are going to print is also connected to the same hotspot while printing.

 

1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.

 

2) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.

 

3) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.

 

Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
