My printer doesnt wake up (in general) seems like its in a coma or something. My Router and pc doesnt detect it anymore and since its past warranty I cant seem 2 get hp 2 get any human 2 help me with this, the stupid virtual agent will not connect me 2 a human probably because its past warranty. If I cant get any help within a few days i'll probably just by another crap. Anyway 2 contact a human (not virtual agent)??????

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

I usually work on the weekends and yes, I tested on other outlets in my place ( had 2 put it on my wheeled chair) plugged it in2 other outlets, and that didn't help it anymore than the original outlet, so I went back 2 its original spot, then about 12 hrs later by some miracle my printer started 2 power up (after i left it plugged in outlet (power strip multi-plug thingy) The hp print and scan Dr I downloaded said afterwards that their is a problem with the print drivers. So I updated the firmware from the link u provided and a couple minutes later it like its good again. It showed all green diagnostic check marks!!!!!!!!
