Product: OfficeJet Pro HP 6975

I continue to get error 0x6100004a telling me there is a jam paper.  Check all over removing paper tray and no paper anywhere. Did power down reset and still same error. The ink cartridge carrier does not move to the center when opening the printer. Need help

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
