Printer stopped printing and a code error showed: 0x61011beb. Can you help me to solve please?

Hello, 

 

The error code looks like referring to carriage jam situation.  One of the reason for a carriage jam would be paper piece stuck in the carriage path.

Thank you, but I checked and I don't have a paper piece stuck in the carriage path.

Looks like its a printer hardware issue. Printer need to be serviced.
