Product: HP Officejet 7500A Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer - E910a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer stopped printing, with a floppy noise saying at first that paper was jammed and it showed me what to do. I cheched in all 3 places it told me but no paper jammed. Then, a code error showed of 0x61011beb. 

Tried to restart but with that same floppy sound wih the rolls like if something was loose or in the way, or broken but still can't find any loose paper. Another error code 0x610000f6.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
