I have an HP ENVY Photo 7155 inkjet printer. The other day the screen turned blue with the error code B3C695B0. I was able to turn it off and turn it back on and even successfully print something out. But then later that day it acted up again and I haven’t been able to fix it. I’m unable to use any of the buttons besides the power button.

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
