I need the printer to operate over WIFI as I need to print from a phone or tablet trying to set the printer up and continually getting this error. Very tempted to pack it up and return it to Argos

Hi @PippaUK,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "EBS00P0010" that you mentioned is not a standard HP printer error code. HP printer error codes usually consist of alphanumeric characters and provide information about specific issues or problems with the printer.

If you're experiencing an issue with your HP printer and received this error code, I recommend taking the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, simply turning the printer off, waiting for a minute, and then turning it back on can resolve minor glitches.
  • Check for Paper Jams: Ensure that there are no paper jams or obstructions inside the printer that could be causing the error.
  • Check Ink or Toner Levels: If your printer uses ink or toner cartridges, make sure they are properly installed and have sufficient ink or toner levels.
  • Update Firmware/Drivers: Check the HP website for any available firmware updates or driver updates for your printer model. Outdated firmware or drivers could lead to errors.
  • Reset Printer: If the issue persists, try performing a reset on the printer. The steps for resetting can vary depending on the printer model, so refer to the user manual or HP's support website for instructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
