HP OfficeJet Pro 8715

Hi

 

I get the following error every few hours on my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 (8715).

 

The printer is connected to LAN by Ethernet cable, for about 3 years and works perfectly.

 

Now since 2 weeks it gives me the same error every few hours.

 

Nederlands/Dutch:

Printerfout

Er is een probleem met de printer.

Zet printer uit en weer aan.

 

English:

Printer error

There is a problem with the printer.

Turn printer off an on again.

 

When I press only once the power button then it reboots and my print jobs start to print whitout any problem.

But I cannot start a print job remotly before pressing power button to reboot..

 

Can somene help me?

 

Guaranty ended in 2019.

I'd suggest you to reseat the printhead to fix the issue.

I am having the identical issue and it seems many others are as well. I'm having it in a Mac environment, but I'm seeing the same for Windows users.  Just started a couple of weeks ago.

I purchased my printer in 2018 so I think my warranty was up in 2019?
