Hi, Whilst trying to set up the printer we have encountered E0 error.

The E0 error on the HP DeskJet 2710e typically indicates an issue with the ink cartridges, often related to compatibility or installation problems. Here’s how you can troubleshoot:

 

1. Check Cartridge Compatibility

  • Ensure you're using the correct HP 67 ink cartridges, as some users have reported issues with non-compatible cartridges.

2. Reinstall the Ink Cartridges

  • Open the printer’s front panel and remove the cartridges.
  • Clean the metal contacts with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
  • Reinsert them firmly and close the panel.

3. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from power.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

4. Check HP’s Official Troubleshooting Guide
