Hi
After changing my ink cartridges a message appeared on the printer screen saying there is a printer problem or ink system problem.
I have removed all ink cartridges, and put them back in, turned the printer on and off , but the message is still there and the printer will not work. can anyone help please.

This error may be caused either by a problem in one of the cartridges, or by a defect in printhead. Please remove all cartridges from the printer and see if the error is the same without cartridges ? If so, your print head is defect.
