Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

I keep getting the error “printer error occurred F0.01.04.07. Critical system error. Restart and try again. The printer is brand new. Just bought it and first day this error appears. We have to restart like 3 times whenever we want to print. Is this fixable or do I need to return it?

HP Recommended

The recommended course of action is this:

 

1. Perform a factory reset from the control panel.

2. Update firmware to current revision. Check support.hp.com for the current revision as the database for automatic updates from the printer itself is often not updated as quickly as you would think.

3. If both of those steps fail to resolve your issue, return the printer.
