I have a mix of printers installed on a Print server (Windows server 2019). The other models are working well, however,  the LaserJet Enterprise 700 color MFP M775 shows its in "ready" until it received a print job, then it shows error. 

 

So far, I have tried installing it directly on a windows 11 laptop (say Lap1) using the IP address, and it works well. I have also connected another laptop (Lap2) to Lap1 as the print server and it works. The problem comes when I install it on the print server.

 

I have deleted, reinstalled, etc. but the error persists.

 

Any advise will be much appreciated.
