Comprei a impressora HP 584 há um dia, fiz toda a instalação conforme recomendado, mas todas as impressões coloridas falharam. Já fiz todos os procedimentos recomendados como alinhamento, reinicialização, verificação de cartuchos e afins e ainda assim nenhum deles obteve sucesso. Gostaria de saber o que mais poderia ser feito, pois sinceramente estou decepcionado pois tinha altas expectativas e o produto não entrega o que promete.
