Anytime I select less than all pages (i.e page #3 or page #5) for print, the printer fails to print.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e fails to print when selecting specific pages (like page 3 or 5) on Windows 11. This can often be resolved with the following steps:

1. Update Printer Drivers

Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause selective page printing issues.


2. Use HP Smart App

This tool can automatically detect and fix printing issues.


3. Reinstall the Printer

Sometimes a clean reinstall resolves page selection issues.

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
  • Select your printer > Remove device
  • Restart your PC
  • Reinstall the printer using the HP Smart App or from the above shared driver link.


4. Try Printing from Another App

If you're printing from a browser or PDF viewer, try:

  • Opening the file in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Then print the specific page(s)


5. Check for Windows Updates

Ensure your system is fully updated:

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update
  • Click Check for updates
