Hi @Rickmcguffin,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e fails to print when selecting specific pages (like page 3 or 5) on Windows 11. This can often be resolved with the following steps:
1. Update Printer Drivers
Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause selective page printing issues.
- Go to: HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
- Download and install the latest full-featured software and drivers for your printer.
2. Use HP Smart App
This tool can automatically detect and fix printing issues.
3. Reinstall the Printer
Sometimes a clean reinstall resolves page selection issues.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
- Select your printer > Remove device
- Restart your PC
- Reinstall the printer using the HP Smart App or from the above shared driver link.
4. Try Printing from Another App
If you're printing from a browser or PDF viewer, try:
- Opening the file in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Then print the specific page(s)
5. Check for Windows Updates
Ensure your system is fully updated:
- Go to Settings > Windows Update
- Click Check for updates
I hope this helps.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
