Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I keep getting the printer failure event code 71.02.4A. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have unplugged the power cord from the printer and from the wall and that didn't work. Any help?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting event Code 71.02.4A on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
